Albania Property Real Estate has been serving Sarande and surrounding communities in Albania for several years. We currently manage properties that total more than $2.9 million in assets. Our team consists of 2 brokers, 3 full time staff members , and 5 agents, who service our local properties, and enable us to grow every year.

Our specialized property management and contracting expertise comes from the top down. Aleksander Bledar Lapa, the owner/broker of Albania Property Real Estate Services, has over 4 years of experience in the construction industry. He has also been involved in real estate and property management for over 7 years. This has contributed to the expansion and achievement of our maintenance and contracting division.
